I found an error when I looked up an unknown word in my Japanese-English dictionary. I can’t believe that there is an error in dictionaries! It confounded “meditate” with “mediate”.
The two words are completely different meanings. “Meditate” is thinking seriously and deeply, and “mediate” is helping people to stop arguing and make an agreement.
